Lecture Halls

Three full furnished Lecture Halls with Audio/Visual and air conditioning facilities.


The hostel consists of 25 fully furnished rooms having Wi-Fi and air conditioning facility with attached bath. It has a common room that provides Dish T.V with more than 50 channels, air conditioning, News Papers facility) and a dining hall.

Reading Room

Reading Room is established at Hostel with English, Urdu News Papers and latest Magazine.

Library, IRC / Computer Lab and Knowledge Management & Sharing Unit (KMSU)


Library collection consist of 4,000 books and journals mainly on subject area related to Public Health, Management, Information Technology, Economics, Health Policy,Nursing, Urdu, English and reference materials.

Information Resource Center / Information Technology Lab

The Information Resource Center (IRC) cum IT lab is equipped with 25 Latest computers having LCD monitors. All PCs are connected to internet through a Wi-Fi router and a dedicated DSL internet connection. Higher Education Commission Digital Library can be accessed through all these PCs as a nodes for educational and research activities. The Information Resource Center (IRC) cum IT Lab. has all the class room / training’s facilities that includes an HD multimedia projector (ceiling mounted), whiteboard and printing facility. HAS (KP) administration is highly committed to update the center technically on regular basis to facilitate the trainees and researchers.

Knowledge Management & Sharing (KMS) Unit

A Knowledge Management and Sharing (KMS) Unit has been established at Health Services Academy (KP) with the objective to strengthen health systems of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and region concerned specifically. It will be working in close coordination with similar focal points of health sector organizations or institutions from national/ international partners for promoting the principles and practice of knowledge management and enabling the Academy to become a better learning and knowledge sharing center.


The following Indoor sports facilities are available for the trainees.

  1. Table Tennis.
  2. Badminton.
  3. Carrom board.
  4. Chess.


Three air conditioned coaches each having 15 seats capacity are available for picks and drop facility of trainees with an additional vehicle for picks and drop facility of trainer/resource person as well.
