All applications are submitted online through the PHSA Applicant Portal. Apply before the closing date shown for each session.
Admissions are opened program by program. Download the prospectus for full eligibility criteria, seats, fee and institute details.
Undergraduate and post-graduate nursing education at PHSA-affiliated nursing colleges.
Master of Science in Nursing — 2-year postgraduate program at PGCN Peshawar.
Post RN — 2-year program for registered nurses at PGCN Peshawar.
Degree and diploma programs in paramedical technologies at PHSA institutes.
Community and maternal health training at the Public Health Schools.
The complete application takes about 20–30 minutes. Keep scanned copies of your documents ready before you start.
Register on the Applicant Portal with your CNIC / B-Form, your own active email address and mobile number. Your email is where PHSA sends password resets and status updates.
Select an open admission session and your admission category (quota). You may also apply under additional categories where eligible.
Download the auto-generated bank challan, pay at the designated bank, then upload a clear photo or scan of the paid receipt.
Enter Matric, FSc and (where required) KMU-CAT / entry-test marks exactly as printed on your DMC. Merit is calculated from these marks.
Upload your photograph and the documents listed below as PDF, JPG or PNG files (maximum 5 MB each, clearly readable).
BS Nursing: rank every participating nursing college. Paramedic programs: rank your preferred technologies. Other programs are allocated by domicile.
Check every detail before submitting. After submission the application is locked unless PHSA returns it to you for correction.
PHSA verifies your documents and payment. If a correction is needed, your application is returned with remarks — fix it and resubmit from the portal.
Verified applications are ranked on merit. Interview schedules, merit lists and admission offers are shown on the portal; selected candidates must confirm within the given deadline.
