INTRODUCTION
School of Nursing Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad established on 30th August 1994 for Diploma Nursing Program and so named as it was attached with Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad. Consequence upon recent development, among other SON working under the umbrella of Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), which is the attached department of KP health department, ATH SON was also given the status of Government College of Nursing Abbottabad in 2020 for BS Degree Program. The institute enrolled its first batch of BSN in February 2021 of 100 students.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INSTITUTE
To prepare competent nursing graduate who are committed to the profession through comprehensive curriculum, high qualified faculty and conducive learning environment who are equipped with modern, competencies, strong desire for community services along with highest ethical value with research-based approach.
